Product Specifications

Pole Shaft – Cylindrical shaft is spun or extruded from alloy aluminum.
Pole Top – Pole top plates and tenons can be provided for top mount fixtures and/or brackets. Detachable top can be used to receive drilled pattern posts for side mounted light arm assemblies.
Structural Base – The structural base is cast from aluminum and features a 3.25″ wide x 16.50″ high access door. Provide grounding. The column shaft is inserted and welded into the structural foundation casting. After structural welding is complete, the completed assembly is heat treated to a T6 tempered condition.
Anchor Bolts – Anchor bolts are class 55 and are fitted with two hex nuts and two flat washers. The bolt has an “L” bend on one end and the threaded end is zinc plated at least 12″.
Hardware – All structural fasteners are galvanized high strength carbon steel. All non-structural fasteners are galvanized or galvanized carbon steel or stainless steel.
Finish – Standard finish includes polyester powder coat. Consult factory for special finish color and fixture matching options. When storing light poles outdoors, remove all protective packaging immediately after delivery to prevent damage to the finish.
Design Criteria – Standard EPA (Effective Projected Area) and weight values ​​are based only on standard commercial standards for side and top mounted fixtures (gust factor 1.3). Satisfactory performance of a light pole depends on the correct attachment of the pole to a properly designed support base.

1. What are your prices?

2.Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, we recommend you check out our website

3.Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

4.What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times
become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with
your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

5.What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal:
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
