Product Specifications
Polar Shaft - The polar shaft is made of steel plate of one-piece construction with minimum yield strength
Pole Tops - A removable top cover is provided to receive the poles of the drilled pattern of the side mounted light arm assembly. Other pole top options include tenon top, cap only, or open top, which is typical when the pole top diameter matches the necessary slip fit size.
Hand Hole - A reinforced hand hole with grounding is provided at the base end of the distance rod assembly. Each hand hole includes a cover and cover attachment hardware. All rod assemblies are equipped with a rectangular hand hole (dimensions are nominal).
Base Cover - Each rod assembly is supplied with a full bottom cover. Other base cover options are available upon request, including cast aluminum and fabricated steel covers.
Anchor Bolts - Anchor bolts meet Chinese national standards and are equipped with two hex nuts and two flat washers, with an “L” bend at one end of the bolt.
Hardware - All structural fasteners are galvanized high strength carbon steel. All non-structural fasteners are galvanized or galvanized carbon steel or stainless steel.
Finish - Standard finishes are galvanized or lacquered. Other finish options, including topcoat color choices, are available upon request.
Design Criteria - Standard EPA (Effective Projected Area) and weight values are based only on standard commercial standards for side mount fixtures (1.3 gust factor). Consult factory for load criteria for pole mounted luminaires and/or brackets. Satisfactory performance of a light pole depends on the correct attachment of the pole to a properly designed support base.
